Brad Joice is a 17 year member of York Regional Police in Ontario. Brad is a crime scene investigator with the Forensic Identification Bureau and has served in this capacity since 2001. Prior to working in Forensics, Brad was a Collision Investigator / Reconstructionist for more than nine years.
Brad’s company, Forensic Mapping Services, specializes in MapScenes training both in Canada and the U.S. Brad is a MapScenes Certified Training Instructor.

Provincial Constable Brad Muir is the Senior Reconstructionist with the Greater Toronto Region of the Ontario Provincial Police. Brad has been a police officer for 14 years and a Reconstructionist since 1995. As one of the OPP's inaugural forensic mappers, Brad brings a wealth of mapping and CAD diagramming experience to the classroom in addition to his experience as a reconstructionist.
When he gets free time from reconstructing collisions on some of North America's busiest freeways, Brad is the Crash Test Data Coordinator for the Collision Safety Institute. |

Dwain Friesen is the Chief Reconstructionist with Renneberg-Walker Engineering Associates and the Director of Training with the Canadian Traffic Education Centre (CTEC). A MicroSurvey certified MapScenes Trainer, Dwain assisted in the development of MapScenes software.
Prior to joining CTEC and its parent company, Renneberg - Walker Engineering, Dwain worked as a Collision Reconstructionist for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Dwain was the first Reconstructionist to use a total station survey transit for reconstruction in North America and was used as a resource during the development of MapScenes.
His commitment to advancing the state of the art in the field of motor vehicle collision reconstruction is complemented by his efforts to maintain the highest and most up to date standards in our training programs.
Terry Lolacher is an ACTAR accredited Forensic Reconstructionist. Terry also serves as a forensic course developer, trainer, and advanced driving instructor with the Canadian Traffic Education Centre (CTEC). Prior to joining Renneberg - Walker Engineering, Terry worked as a Forensic Reconstructionist for Graham Ryan Consulting Ltd., an Alberta based engineering consulting firm. Terry entered the private consulting service after retiring from the Edmonton Police Service.
During his 25 years of service with the Edmonton Police Service, Terry served as a Collision Investigator and Reconstructionist. As Sergeant, Terry was responsible for a detail of reconstructionists for the latter nine years of his service. Sgt. Lolacher also served as a co-coordinator and instructor at the Canadian Police College for 10 years prior to joining CTEC. |

Detective Constable Adam Stock is a Senior Reconstructionist with the York Regional Police, Collision Reconstruction Unit. He has been a member of the York Regional Police since 1987. In addition to forensically mapping and reconstructing hundreds of collision scenes, he has also mapped numerous major crime and homicide scenes. He has also served a secondment with the Homicide Bureau. He has testified as an expert witness in all levels of court.
Detective Constable Stock is a coordinator/instructor for various areas of police training, including Sokkia Forensic Mapping, Collision Investigation/ Reconstruction, Radar & Laser Speed Detection, Police Motorcycle Instruction. |
